Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and smoothing them to ensure proper adhesion of finishing materials.
- Application of Finishes: Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, stain, or protective coatings to enhance the product’s appearance, durability, and resistance to environmental factors.
- Color Matching: Mix and match paint or finishing materials to achieve the desired color or texture, ensuring consistency throughout the project.
- Quality Control: Inspect the work at various stages of the finishing process to identify and rectify any imperfections or defects.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as spray guns, brushes, rollers, sanders, and other machinery required for the finishing process.
